Teri is dedicated to delivering excellence in all endeavors. Committed to going above and beyond expectations, Teri delivers a service experience of the highest tier. Her reliability and devotion to first-class work have earned her a reputation of integrity throughout the community. As a licensed Title Agent and Escrow Officer with a history of management experience, she anticipates and addresses client needs head-on, finding solutions before problems arise. When not in the office, Teri can be found honing her photography skills, reading a new book, or cooking up something new in the kitchen. Her church family is important to her and she is an active member of the community. Together with her husband, Jim, and two adult children, she enjoys exploring the many beautiful parks and nature preserves Central Florida has to offer.
Yomy Ruiz
Closing Manager
Yomy is known for her nurturing spirit and attention to detail. With a knack for innovative problem-solving, she navigates even the most challenging circumstances effortlessly. Yomy brings extensive administrative and real estate experience to her role as a licensed Title Agent and Escrow Officer. She is passionate about ensuring clients are well informed for every step of their transaction. In her personal time, she enjoys photography, traveling to find the best historic site, spending time with her church family, and delighting in all things Disney and Harry Potter. Yomy treasures her family above all else, and you can often find her with her husband and twin daughters exploring the beautiful state of Florida.
Donna Donovan
Assistant Closing Manager
Donna is devoted to service and excellence. With over 18 years of customer service experience, including roles in hospitality and public safety, Donna brings a heartfelt commitment to every interaction. She was born in New York and raised in Central Florida, where she’s gained a vast, personal understanding of the Clermont and Winter Garden areas over the years. When she’s not overseeing smooth closings, Donna cherishes time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Her family loves a night at home playing board games, watching movies, and eating plenty of snacks. Donna’s favorite getaways are to the mountains, with Glacier National Park being her most treasured location of all.
Ashley Palacios

Ashley exudes energy both at work and at home. With two sports-loving boys and a Blue Merle Chihuahua, Ashley is always ready to cheer you on, whether on the soccer field or at the closing table. Ashley and her husband, Sergio, are adventurers who love traveling and spending time outside with their boys. When she’s not putting the final touches on your closing day experience, you can find Ashley exploring new restaurants and local shops, preparing recommendations to help new residents feel right at home. Her vibrant spirit and commitment to client care make her a valuable member of our team.

Adrienne is a wonderful mix of personal warmth and professional organization; she adds many thoughtful touches to enhance and improve the overall client experience. Known as the ray of sunshine throughout the office, her positive attitude and commitment to excellence helps ensure every closing feels special and memorable. With three young kids, Adrienne and her husband, Garrett, stay very busy and love spending quality time together as a family. She’s also our go-to Disney expert! If you ever need tips or recommendations, she’s the one to ask. You’ll often find her and her crew enjoying the parks or spending weekends at the t-ball fields.

Dawn brings a calm, steady presence to everything she does. Her organized, detailed approach and depth of knowledge make her a trusted and dependable member of the team. She is known for her professionalism and ability to complete tasks with care and precision.
She and her husband, Ryan, enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog and have recently embraced lake life in their new community. Whether they’re out on the boat, riding in their golf cart, or enjoying time outside, they make the most of their time together. Their two grown children, a daughter and a son, are out on their own but remain an important part of their close family life.
Hollie Paiva

Hollie is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client experience is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Known for her friendly demeanor and a genuine commitment to helping others, Hollie takes pride in guiding clients through each step of the process with clarity and care. An avid reader, she is always reading a new book (or three!). She and her husband, Diego, have two children and love to go on adventures together; especially cruising with Disney and visiting our many local theme parks, where they appreciate the family time and creating happy memories. Besides reading and traveling, Hollie enjoys baking delicious treats for her neighbors, playing video games with her kids, and loves to host friends for boardgame night.
